We do sell mattress toppers that are made of either Hybrid Foam or Natural Latex.   The softest topper that we make is our Laygel topper which is made of Hybrid foam.  Hybrid foam is similar to memory foam but is a lot cooler and more responsive.   Our Coolblue topper again is made of Hybrid foam but has a more medium feel. Our Latex topper is made of 100% natural latex and again has a medium feel.
