Thank you for your enquiry. This is not a service that John Ryan provide but the courier company we work alongside do. 
 
Once we receive your mattress back from the manufactures, the courier team will contact you via text message with a proposed delivery date. You can then contact them directly to book in advance the removal of your old mattress at the same time as they deliver your new one. There is a charge of £30 to remove a mattress and £40 for a complete bed.
