Unfortunately, because the manufacturer does not publish specific details of the upholstery layers by way of GSM (grams per square metre), it is impossible to advise as to whether this represents a good buy.

Although, I confirm that memory foam is notorious for heat retention and we would not recommend the purchase of a mattress containing this if heat is an issue.

I would advise taking a look at the models in our Artisan range. The models in this range are constructed with natural fibres which do not retain heat in the same way which synthetic fibres do which will provide a cool sleep surface and eliminate the heat problems.
