Dreams sale prices?

Reading this has got me thinking. We popped into Dreams the other day and kinda fell in love with their Sleepeezee Kennedy mattress. Then we found out that with it's £1140 "sale" pricetag (for a kingsize) that Dreams possibly have beds rebranded and it could in fact be the sleepeezee backcare ultimate 2000 pocket mattress which can be found online for a mere £549 less than half of what Dreams are flogging it for. So having a look it appears they're like Michael and Latoya Jackson, you can never find both in the same place. SO, in short, could these beds be one and the same just with a rebranded name or am I just seeing conspiracy theories ?

This made me laugh.
Firstly, it is unlikely that these are the same models - but quite similar.
The depth of the Kennedy is 29cm and the depth of the Backcare Ultimate is 25.4cm.
If we assume that the spring height is same this means that there is an additional 3.5cm more upholstery in the Kennedy.
But, as you say there is a price difference of about £500.
It would make complete sense to opt for the Backcare Ultimate and complement this further with separate additional layers of toppers [Read Here] and have a much improved mattress for a lot less money.
