Exchanging a mattress

Good afternoon, I’m trying to decide between 2 mattresses for my daughter, the Origins Comfort 1000 and the Origins Pocket 1500 (the preferred choice so far). If she wasn’t happy after the trial period can I swap it for an alternative to be delivered when they collect the original or do you have to check and refund before placing a new order?

We offer a 60 night love it or return it guarantee, on all standard UK sized mattresses.

If you decided within the initial 60 night period, from the date of delivery, that you weren't getting along with the comfort level, or feel of the mattress in general, let us know, and we can discuss if we think we have something in our ranges that would be more suitable to exchange the mattress to.
If we think that we have a model that will be a better fit for you, then we will order the new mattress.
If this model is more expensive, we will send a payment link for the price difference.
If the model is cheaper, then once the delivery and collection (which will take place on the same day) has been completed, and your returned mattress has been checked over at our warehouse, we will then issue any price difference refund, back to the issuing payment provider.
