Failed collapsed bensons pillowtop mattres

We purchased a pillow top mattress from bensons last August but unfortunately it has all but completely collapsed. It is dreadfully uncomfortable and as I suffer oain from rheumatoid arthritis I'm now getting no satisfactory sleep at all. I would prefer a maytress with some bounce. Mine feels like wet sand despite adding a 4" foam topper any advice please becoming exhausted and desperate
