Finding a mattress to fit in an old cottage

I am in the process of extending my 500 year old cottage and recognise that I will have difficulty getting a king size mattress up the stairs when the room is finished. I have had a zip and link before so I am considering going down that route but I have just noticed that yours are 6feet 6 inches and I do not have the room for this length. Do you do the normal 6 feet 3 inches length as well? If not, can you recommend a manufacturer that does?
Can you also let me know how long it takes from ordering to delivery?

We do an Extra King Size Zip and Link option which is 6FT 3" in size.
We can do this size in our Origins and Artisan ranges.
We would need to know your body weights, preferred feel and sleeping habits in order to discuss suitable models.
