Genuine Dunlopillo mattress developing a ridge?

Currently using a Genuine Dunlopillo Double on a sprung divan base with drawers Having had this for well over 20 years time for a change My wife died 2 years ago and as the mattress is 'single' sided which I turn around quite regularly. This has now developed a 'ridge' in the middle, so time to replace, as I'm 85 am not looking for something that will last me 20+ years!!!!!!!!! I weigh 15.5 stone and suffer mild back problems so I am looking at your "Origins Pocket 2000 @£480 Do you consider this the right choice ?

Thank you for your enquiry. The Origins Pocket 2000 will be on the firm side for you and I would suggest that you opt for the 1500 springs version, which will provide you with a medium feel for your body weight and there is no difference in price. The medium spring will provide you with support and the upholstery layers will provide the comfort.
In addition, this mattress is double sided, so can be rotated and turned, which we advocate should be done regularly to increase the longevity of the mattress.
