Harrison beds Diamond mattress questions

Hi guys, My wife and I had to replace a flood damaged 10yr old Harrison bed (800 spring with latex KS in medium) and went for a Harrison Diamond 10,000 spring with a latex layer in medium. First mattress was delivered damaged with cuts to fabric and they agreed to replace it at once. The replacement was also delivered damaged and they have agreed to replace or refund. We are concerned about risking a third try but also having now used the first mattress for two months we are not happy with it. My wife is 9 1/2 stone and I am 11 stone. The mattress was very firm to start with and has softened slightly but is no-where near as comfortable as our old bed. Should we be looking for a soft version or can you offer us an alternative?

Judging by the retail price of The Diamond I am assuming your budget is relatively high.
We do make a mattress that has pocket springs with a latex layer but at your body weights, I feel this mattress would be too firm for your both.
We have our Fusion range of mattresses which are made up of 100% Natural Latex and would recommending looking at our Fusion 3 and Fusion 5. Both these mattresses will give you a medium feel and support, the difference between the two is the Fusion 3 has a separate topper which allows you to sink into the topper before feeling the support from the separate core mattress. The Fusion 5 is the core mattress only and as this does not have a separate topper, feels slightly firmer than the Fusion 3 :-

We do also have our Artisan Range of mattresses which are traditional pocket sprung with natural fillings. These mattresses have a similar feel to those made by Vi Spring and if you are interested in these types of mattresses, it may be a good idea for you to go and try some of the Vi Spring mattresses to see which you do prefer. However as you have stated that your previous mattress had an overall medium feel, I would suggest trying the Vi Spring Regal Superb which has a similar feel to our Artisan Naturals/Artisan Bespoke 004.
You would need to try the Vi Spring range in a medium spring tension as this will then give you the correct support for your body weights.
