How to care for the Origins Pocket 1500

Thank you for your question. The Origins Pocket 1500 is a two sided pocket sprung mattress. This means that there are comfort layers on each side of the springs, and you have two sleep surfaces.

You should have received a care instruction leaflet in the post along with your paper copy of your invoice and guarantee. Please let me know if you did not receive these, and I can send out a new set for you. To care for your mattress, it should be turned completely so that the underside of the mattress becomes the sleep surface. For the first year, this needs to be done once a month, alternating between a north-to-south turn and an east-to-west turn. By turning the mattress over in this way, you will settle the upholstery layers more evenly. After the first twelve months, this can be reduced to every two to three months.
