John Lewis mattress problems
Hi please can you help I have a John Lewis natural collection 4000 that has developed a fault. I purchased this mattress from a John Lewis outlet, they have have offered me a replacement of either a John Lewis natural fleece wool 6000 or Vi Spring Apsley mattress, which would you say is the better option?
I of course have to pay the difference, which I am happy to do Thank you
Hi Val,
It is difficult to provide you with any firm advice as to the most suitable of the two replacements that you have been offered because there is no specific detail available regarding the upholstery layers used in both of them.
The Natural Collection is made for John Lewis by Harrisons and the Vi-Spring Apsley is made exclusively for them.
Both of these manufacturers are reputable and make excellent products.
The things to consider when opting either for an initial purchase or a replacement, is your body weights and preferred feel and you should question the sales staff with regard to how each option will comply your requirements.
