We have been developing a new range of latex mattresses for several months now.

Whenever we are in the process of developing new products we think it only fair to let people know in advance if we think that an upcoming product may be more suitable than our current offering.

The last thing that we want is for someone to regret their purchase because we add something more suitable a week or so after their purchase.

Unfortunately developing new product ranges is extremely difficult and time consuming.

The way we work and the exacting standards that we have are not always compatible with the standards offered to us by suppliers and manufacturers.

Everything that we offer on site is of the highest quality available within its price range.

We reject anything that we think does not represent value for money or does not pass our rigorous criteria.

On this occasion we were working with a new manufacturer and the quality of finish was not up to scratch so we have decided to put our research and efforts on hold for now as we are not entirely satisfied that the manufacturer in question would be able to consistently deliver a mattress that we would be proud to sell.

I am sorry for your obvious disappointment on this occasion that the new range is not yet available and there is no date currently in mind for it.

It is one of our main principals that we only ever sell a mattress that we are proud to put our label on and we are confident are the best we can offer.

I have been looking at the Zen Rejuvenate mattress in Dreams and the Healthbeds Cooltex 2300 from an independent seller ...

what is the equivalent mattress that you would recommend to these with very similar (if not better) comfort levels and build quality...

I weigh 12.5s and my partner is just under 9s.

Healthbeds is an excellent manufacturer and if you cannot wait I would concentrate on examining their range to find the mattress you require.

They utilise Celcion Latex, a product I have not come across before and so I personally would question them to see why and how they consider it more beneficial than other offerings.

I would be quite surprised if they did not know about Latexco.

From the mattresses you are enquiring about I am assuming your budget is in the region of about £1000.

It should be relatively easy to build a selection of latex mattresses around the £1000 mark and see who is offering the most for your money.

Remember also that all latex is not the same.

Don't accept generalised terminology - amounts and weights are the basis of all comparisons - don't be afraid or embarrassed to ask.
