Thank you for your question. A zip and link mattress is ideal if you have limited access as a large mattress can be difficult to get to your room of choice. They are also easier to turn over as you are only turning half a mattress at a time and they eliminate motion disturbance.

At your body weights, we would pair you with the medium spring tension to give you the correct level of support. This will allow your bodies to find their own levels without being forced into unnatural positions.

 

 

A medium level of comfort, such as the Artisan Tailored Pocket 2000, is suitable for all sleep positions. It has cushioning in the top layers for shoulders and hips to sink into if you sleep on your side but is more supportive underneath so that front and back sleepers do not sink in too much.
