Looking for a new king size mattress

I am a 6 ft 18 stone ex rugby player and, generally, a side sleeper.
My wife is 5' 2" and c.10 stone (on a diet, so may be nearer 9 and a bit now) and usually sleeps on her back.
I'm happy to spend £1,000 + - any suggestions ?
