Hi John.
I cannot seem to track down the M&S model you refer to.
The Essential Latex Mattress is unlikely to be from Relyon as it looks to be quite a basic construction - even to the extent that is based on an open coil unit - quite surprising for M&S.
If you let me have more details I will be able to be a bit more precise.
