Hi,
We bought our mattress from you, a 1 x Origins Pocket 1500 – kingsize, 3 years ago. Whilst the mattress appears to be very comfortable after much experimentation I am sure the mattress aggregates my bad neck. I think this is due to the thick soft padding in the mattress, my neck seems much happier on a firmer mattress. I was wondering if you could recommend a replacement mattress that mah be more suitable.

Thank you for your enquiry via our website. If the Origins Pocket 1500 is too soft for you in the comfort layers we have two mattresses in this range that are firmer. The Origins Reflex 1000 is primarily recommended for guest houses and B&B's as it's firmer upholstery means it can support a broader range of body weights.
The Origins Pocket Latex 1500 is the firmest of the range and our only one-sided mattress. This mattress combines progressive comfort with traditional support.
