Mattress Delivery and Eco Disposal

Hello.
I have three questions that I hope that you can help me with.
1). I understand that mainland UK delivery is free, and I'm enquiring if you also collect and dispose of an old mattress?
2). Your 60-day exchange or refund guarantee is generous. Could you clarify that if as an example, within the 60 days we realise that we really need a 'firm' model rather than say the 'medium' one ordered, it could be exchanged for the 'firm' model, as part of your 'Love it or hate it', (I do love that line 😊).
3). Finally, do you sell mattress protectors and toppers? (my apologies if they are on your website, I couldn’t find any).

Hi Mike,
Thank you for your questions. We cover all the delivery costs of getting your items to you. Similarly, if you need to exchange or return your mattress under the 60 day love it or return it guarantee, we won't charge you any collection fees. We can collect and dispose of your old mattress for £60.
All customers of a standard sized mattress are covered under our 60 day love it or return it guarantee. We do ask that you use a mattress protector and give the mattress a good month or so as it can take 4 to 6 weeks for your body to adjust to the new mattress. If after this time you are not getting along with the mattress you can either send it back for a full refund or we can do a one time exchange to another mattress depending on how you found the first one. You would then get a 60 day love it or return it guarantee with the second mattress which you can return for a full refund if you do not find it comfortable.
A mattress topper can help to tweak how the upholstery layers feel. If you find that your mattress is a little firm then adding a mattress topper, especially during the first 12 months whilst the upholstery layers are settling, will provide additional comfort. We recommend like for like with mattress toppers such as a natural fibre mattress topper if you have a natural fibre mattress or a foam topper if you have a foam mattress. The only mattress toppers we sell are replacement toppers for those mattresses that we sold with separate toppers. We do not sell mattress protectors.

A medium spring tension will support body weights up to 17 stone depending on heights and a firm spring tension will support body weights between 17 stone and 23 stone. The spring tension is dictated solely by your body weights and heights to give your the correct support and would be the same whether you prefer a soft mattress or a firm mattress. The upholstery layers determine how the mattress feels and you should consider your sleep positions along with your comfort preferences to determine which model would be the most suitable.
