We only make one mattress which does not require to be turned over and is one that you only rotate round which is our Origins Pocket Latex 1500.  This mattress combines quality 1500 springs/" title="pocket spring">pocket spring unit with a deep talalay latex comfort layer. Mixing both progressive comfort with traditional support. A medium to firm edge progressive feel.
 

 
We would ideally need to know your body weight in order to ensure that this mattress is going to be suitable for you.  With this being a traditional pocket sprung mattress, it is the springs within the mattress that gives you the support and that support is dictated by body weight.  It is the layers on top of the springs which provide the comfort.
