Mattress for a 17 & 12 st couple with back, hip and shoulder pain

my wife & I both wake up with back, hip & shoulder pain, I am 5ft 11" weight 17st my wife 5ft 5" weight 12st we currently sleep on a Millbrook orthopedic 2000 pocket sprung bed admittedly it is most likely 15 years old, can you recommend a mattress that would help with the aches & pains & sleep quality
