Thank you for your question. Manmade fibre mattresses tend to be lighter in weight than natural fibre mattresses.

Our lightest mattress in terms of weight is the Origins Comfort 1000. The standard double mattress weighs approximately 35 kg. This mattress has a slightly softer than medium level of comfort in the upholstery layers, however, this mattress may not be suitable for front sleepers who require a more supportive feel in the upholstery layers to prevent the lower back from overarching.

This mattress has a medium spring tension as standard, which will support body weights up to approximately 16.5 stone, depending on height.
