Microcoil mattress has collapsed on both sides

A customer asked
Hi. We r currently looking for a new mattress. We cyrrently gave a microcoil which as colapsed at the sides. We both weight 25stone. Can u please advise. Many thanks ☺

Hi Angela,
It is unlikely that you will find a standard mattress with sufficient support for your body weights.
