With your particular body weights you both fall within the medium feel/spring tension bracket and it is commendable to note that you have managed to get 9 years out of your current mattress. Please read the article here in respect of spring tension, which we think you will find interesting.

We note that you have not indicated a preference in terms of the type of upholstery or comfort layers you require and will, therefore, provide advice in respect of a synthetic upholstered product and a naturally upholstered one.

The first product we would ask you to look at is the Origins Pocket 1500, which will provide an overall medium feel for you both and is upholstered with synthetic materials. This product is also one of our best sellers.

Alternatively, if your budget permits, you could look at the Artisan Naturals, & Artisan Bespoke 004,both of which can have the spring tension selected as medium. The Artisan Naturals has 85% natural upholstery and the 004 has 100%, with both providing the same overall medium feel in that upholstery.  If however you would prefer the comfort layers to be firm, then I would suggest looking at our  Artisan Bespoke  This is our firmest 100% natural fibre mattress providing a medium support with firmer feeling top layers for those wanting a firmer feel.
