Origins Pocket 1500 - Small Double - bendable?

Thank you for your question. The Origins Pocket 1500 mattress has a medium level of comfort in the upholstery layers. This is ideal for all sleep positions as it is not too firm for side sleepers nor too soft for front and back sleepers.

Along with the medium comfort layers, this mattress has medium spring tension spun bonded pocket springs which support body weights up to 16 and a half stone, depending on your height. Unlike the handmade calico pocket spring units in the Artisan range, the spun bonded springs are not as flexible. The Origins range are very robust mattresses and do not bend.

Zip and link mattresses, where a large mattress is split into two halves for access, are only available in kingsize and above. For a small double mattress, you will need 4ft 2in clearance for any overhangs. You can send us a video of the route the mattress will take from entering your property to the room of choice, showing any overhangs, bannisters and tight turns from different angles, so that we can assess delivery options before placing your order.
