We have viewed the published details of the Icon 2000 mattress and the first thing we note is that it is what is known as a pillow top mattress, which we do not make nor do we recommend this type of product.

In addition, the Icon 2000 is a one sided mattress and has foam as the upper upholstery layers on top of pocket springs.

This product can in no way be compared to the Origins Pocket 1500.

The details of the construction and upholstery in the Origins Pocket 1500 are provided on our site, particularly in terms of the GSM (grams per square metre) of that upholstery.
