All our bases, including the Ottoman, come with a standard 12 month guarantee.

All of our products are then separately covered with our 60 day love it or return it guarantee; This is a no quibble policy meaning that if the item isn't right you can return it for a full refund or utilise the one time exchange and replace it for a different product.

Our Ottoman base is our sturdiest base overall being constructed from canadian spruce. It opens up from bottom to top on 800 newton gas struts.
