Pocket 1500(2000) spring life?

Hi, when opting for the 2k / firm springs on this model, how long do the springs usually last before dipping occurs? I notice the 3 year warranty but for the price hope it would last a lot longer than this? / looking at super king zip link.

Thank you for your question.
As you quite rightly point out, with proper care and attention, we expect the mattresses to outlast the guarantee period. Dipping in respect of any product is only likely to occur if the mattress is not turned and rotated on a regular basis and dipping is not attributable to the spring, but the flattening of the upholstery layers. Additionally, the body weight(s) of the user(s) will play a major role in the performance of the springs and as such, I would advise that you speak to our office prior to placing an order to establish that this mattress with the firmer spring unit is the most appropriate product for you.
