Pressure point pain and very restless sleep

After much deliberation, we replaced our much loved 17 yr old Dunlopillo bed with a Mammoth pocket 1600 - disaster. Neither of us has had a good night in 12 months. Hubbie has painful shoulder ani I have painful hips, toss and turn all night and need to carry out risk assessment before doing so! We spent a lot of money once but really need to start again. We are mid 60's - he 14 stone me 9.5 . HELP! We tried a Tempur cloud 27 which my husband really liked but I'm not convinced - still felt unforgiving. Do you have a showroom?
