Recent shoulder replacement has me looking for a mattress.

I am 5'-11" and weigh 155 lbs. I prefer side sleeping (first) and back sleeping (second). I tend to run a bit hot so foam does not work well for me. Functionality over frills and I would pay premium for premium functionality but not for frills... and, do you supply to Dublin?
