The details you have provided for the Kaymed mattress do not provide enough detail for us to provide any form of comparison, particularly with regard to the upholstery and the V8 5S Visco elastic cushioning, which is something that we do not include in any of our products or have any knowledge of.

With your particular body weights, we would recommend a medium spring tension to give you both the correct level of support.  We would suggest looking at the Origins Pocket 1500, the best seller in the Origins range, which has a standard medium spring unit with man-made upholstery providing an overall medium feel.

Alternatively, if your budget permits, you could look at the Artisan Naturals, the best seller in that range, or the Artisan Bespoke 004, both of which can have the spring tension selected as medium to suit. These mattresses contain natural upholstery with the Naturals having 85% and the 004 having 100%, although both provide a similar feel overall.
