Synthetic Latex mattress odour

Hi Lee, I think you may be right that it's a synthetic mattress topper. The base mattress, which is pocket sprung, doesn't really smell, but has no padding on top as its designed to work with the topper. I'm wondering if I could get an all natural latex topper (we had dunlopillo bed before and it didn't smell so we assume it was all natural latex). Would u be able to supply? It's about 6 inches deep.

Thank you for your enquiry. We only supply a 5cm 100% natural latex topper, this with the cover and quilting takes it to about 6-7cm and is tape edged. Sometimes moving into a guest room and opening the window in the offending bed's room for a few nights can help speed up off-gassing. I'm guessing you may have already done this though!
6inches is incredibly deep for a mattress topper at around 15-16cm. I don't think I've seen any commercially available for that in latex! Would be the same price as a fusion 5 probably which is 18cm deep!
