The right pocket sprung mattress

Hi, we have been looking at the Warren Evans tranquil and Florence but was then pointed in this direction. We are after a pocket sprung mattress as memory foam is too hot for me. I tend to sleep on my front or side. I'm 13 stone and the missus around 10 and a half. We have a slatted bed but I'm willing to put a sheet of mdf on top if that's better for the pocket springs. Have you a recommendation please
