Thanks John and Ryan for all your info, all really useful.

The reason that we were looking at the expensive JL mattress is that we thought we could get it ex-display etc from our local guy who picks up JL items through their auction.

Our budget would never have been £900.

Although we have found a mattress we like it is not an option at present to spend that amount.

My partner is convinced that we will find something we like equally at our budget of £600 approx.

Granted it may not be of a superior quality but will offer us a comfortable nights sleep.

We are considering either the Origins 2000, Sequence Support 2000 or Sequence Latex 2000.

Could you give me some feedback on these.
