Topper differences
What's the difference in experience . between the Laurel and latex toppers please?
Good Morning Mike,
Thank you for your question.
The Laygel Hybrid Mattress Topper provides a softer overall comfort layer. It's 60kg density means that it's softer than our standard 70kg density that the other 2 toppers have. Laygel moulds to your body in a similar way to memory foam but is far less heat retentive so if you identify as a hot sleeper this would be brilliant.
The Latex 100% Natural Topper comes in with a density of 70kg meaning that is medium overall but is the firmer of our topper range. Again, latex provides a similar sink sensation to memory foam but is a very different feel overall. The similarity here is that latex is again a cool material providing a cool sleep surface.
We always recommend trying a mattress for at least 4 weeks before adding a topper as you need to get a true feel for it. A topper will provide protection to the mattress as well as soften down any mattress that is too firm.
I hope this has answered your questions fully but if you do have any further queries then please don't hesitate to contact us on 0161 437 4419. Our office hours are 8 am - 8 pm Monday to Friday and 10 am - 4 pm Saturday and Sunday.
Kind Regards,
