However, my concern here is that they have a very similar feel overall so if you're finding it too soft, and in particular a Zip and Link, where it should give the mattress a slightly firmer feel, you might end up experiencing the same issue.

 

Our Artisan Bespoke 002 has a medium upholstery but is given a softer feel due to the dual layered spring system giving it a bouncy and springy sensation.

 

I'd be more inclined to advise going for a medium top layer but on a one layered spring system to give a more consistent sleep surface. Have a look at our Artisan Bespoke 004. This has that medium upholstery with a similar 100% natural fillings as the Bespoke 002 has.
