• Body weight and height of whoever will be sleeping on the mattress
• Preferred overall feel.
• Type of base the mattress is to sit on.
• The type of mattress you are currently sleeping on and as to whether you are trying to obtain a mattress with a similar feel.

 

The reason for these questions is that we need to ensure that you receive the correct support together with the correct comfort.  It is the springs which are contained within the mattress that provide the support whereas the upholstery fillings which are on top of the springs create the comfort.
