As you have a mattress with a single tension, the process of turning is a combination of both flipping and rotating.

Initially, we would suggest you rotate through 180 degrees and when you next come to turn, turn it over and the time after that rotate.

By using this method regularly rotating and flipping your mattress you will reduce the wear and tear over the whole mattress meaning that the life expectancy of the mattress will be extended.
