What is an equivalent mattress to the Vi spring Hanbury?

Thanks for getting in touch. We have a number of comparisons to the Vi-spring range which we detail extensively here on our site. The comparison is based on similar upholstery layers and the overall feel. We do however always state that these are by no means like for like or even a replica. They are our own design and handcrafted by us. Often they may contain more fillings and additional layers than their comparators. We use comparisons so people can see what they may compare to in retail stores.

The Artisan 1500 mattress is the closest comparison to the Vi-spring Hanbury. It will feel a bit firmer in the top layer though. You could always look at the Artisan Naturals which has a slightly softer feel in the top layer. This model also is the first to use Vanadian coated calico pocket springs and has a 10-year guarantee.

The size you refer to is a UK double. Sometimes bases are slightly larger than mattresses which is why measurements with a tape measure can be slightly larger. There is also a 2cm tolerance on all furniture in the UK. The price for a double (May 2017) is £830. All of our current prices are listed in the shop for each model based on size.
