Hello, I am downsizing from a king to a double wooden bed frame and am looking for a mattress.I currently sleep on a wood bed frame (not sprung) with a Rest Assured 1400 latex mattress and mattress topper which is comfortable possibly a little firm.Just me sleeping in this bed, 1.63 metres tall weighing about 70kgs. I have always preferred to sleep face down but this puts an enormous strain on the neck so I now choose to sleep on my back. I find sleeping on my side uncomfortable. The bed will have fixed slats(unsprung) with "pegboard" fitted on top of slats. Advice on choosing one of your mattresses please.

Hi Pat

Thanks for getting in touch. There are several mattresses in our range that would be suitable to your search will probably be directed by your budget.

Our Fusion 3 model is our best selling latex model and had a medium firmness rating if you would like to stick with the support of latex.

Alternatively, if you would like to change to a spring and natural fibre combination then have a look at our Artisan Naturals model. I have had a look at the weight chart for you and it suggests a medium tension based on your weight and height.

Hope this helps, please let me know if you need any more information.
