As I was not the person you spoke to, it is difficult for me to advise upon the change in product because whilst both products can be made with a medium tension spring, it would really depend upon your body weights as to what feel the upholstery layers in each will provide for you.

The Artisan Bespoke 004 is a medium feeling model in the upholstery providing a slight sink but not too much. This has the one layer of springs giving a consistent sleep surface.

The Artisan Bespoke 002 again has a medium upholstery providing that slight sink but not too much. However, the biggest difference here is that it's constructed with a dual layered spring system that in turn gives a very springy and bouncy sensation. This can be quite an acquired taste in general.
