What a great website you have!
I'm thinking of buying a zip-link bed for a holiday-let cottage in Scotland, and like Tracy and Sandy I don't really like divan beds, and can't stand valances. I could cope with divan bases if they had legs and had upholstery that went with the rest of the bedroom. You mentioned earlier in this thread that you do bases with legs and have a range of fabrics, but I can't find any information on this on your site. How does the construction of the base under the zip-link mattress affect comfort & durability, and what would you recommend for a holiday let cottage?

We can provide low level platform bases with legs on certain models - usually anything from our Artisan range.
You can factor in approximately £3 per leg.
We are also able to offer a limited fabric choice based on your colour scheme.

The minimum height for a sprung edged low level base is 6 inches which leaves you up to six inches for the legs.
Non spring edged platform top bases can be any height from six inches upwards.

Pocket sprung mattresses like a sprung edged base - a solid platform top will make the mattress feel firmer.
