We are internet based only and all our products come with a 60 day "love it or return it" guarantee. We do not have a showroom and provide advice by telephone taking into account body weight(s), preferred feel and budget. We endeavour to match the customer with the mattress and have a 96% success rate, which is why we are confident to provide this guarantee. Please note that trying a bed in a showroom for 10-15 minutes is no substitute for 7-8 hours per night and in addition, you do not know how many hundreds of people have tried the mattress before you, meaning that the one you try in the shop will feel entirely different to a new product of the same specification.
