Zip and link mattress choice

Please can you give us some advice, we are looking to get a Extra kings size zip & link from you, my wife is 5'10" in height and weighs 9 stone she sleeps on her back and side and has lower back problems and shoulder problems, I am 6' in height and weigh 15 stone and suffer with sleep apnea and also over heat a lot can you help please thank you
