Zip and link option

What is the zip and link option. I want to invest in new mattress and was going for premier inn one. Came across your mattresses and they look good but not sure about the zip and link option. Is it for attaching toppers to mattress which cost more money.

Thank you for your enquiry.
Zip and link mattresses are available in king size and above and are usually supplied because of access issues, differences in body weight(s)(split spring tensions), because a one piece is too heavy to turn (particularly for the elderly) and where there is a need to split the bed on occasions (B&B/Guesthouses). The zips connect the two halves of the mattress together and are not there for the attachment of a topper.
