Our Coolblue topper comes in 70kg density giving a plush but firm comfort layer to your bed. It is fully turnable meaning you can increase the longevity of your mattress and reduce compression.
This topper is suitable for all beds, especially if you want a comfort layer that moulds to your body whilst reducing the heat retention normally associated with Memory foams. Giving a generous layer of additional comfort.
This topper will increase the longevity of a mattress protecting it from the stresses placed on a mattress from wear, tear and use. Meaning that it is more cost effective to replace your topper rather than your entire bed. The mattress cover is completely Chemical-Free using a Natural plant-based fire retardancy protection.

Delivery
We aim to complete all deliveries within 30 days of receiving your order. Deliveries are carried out by two-man courier to the room of your choice. As soon as the courier company receives your order from us, they will call you direct to arrange a convenient delivery date.
Delivery Charges
We do not charge for any UK mainland deliveries or returns. Some areas in Scotland and The Highlands may incur an additional charge. Please call us for more details on delivery.
Delivery Times
Deliveries will be pre-arranged by phone with a time slot between 08.00 – 18.00 Monday – Friday. You will also be called on the day of delivery. Please ensure you give us as many contact numbers as possible when placing your order.
100% Money Back Guarantee
If within 60 days you are not entirely happy with the product then call us and we will arrange to have it collected and refund you in full. We do ask that you give your new mattress a minimum of 30 days before requesting an exchange or refund. It can take 4-5 weeks to get fully accustomed to your new mattress. Excludes Bases, Headboards and Toppers.

We have all our mattresses built to our precise specifications, and therefore, we can personally guarantee each model for a period of time. Each model carries the guarantee timescale at the bottom of the individual listing. This is described as ‘Full Repair or Replace’. We are members of the National Bed Federations (NBF) Retail Champions Team.
The NBF Retail Champions team certifies that our mattresses comply with strict regulations on flammability, cleanliness of fillings and trade descriptions as well as meeting other key legal obligations relating to the manufacture of our mattresses.

No, and no showroom or retailer sells our products. This is part of the reason why our prices can be so competitive: our internet-based company model allows us to avoid passing the excessive costs of other retailers on to our customers. Most staff within showrooms are also not bed experts (unlike our own in-house team). Sadly, such staff probably wouldn’t understand mattress manufacture to the extent that they could reliably answer your questions. To give you confidence in our way of doing things, our 60-day “love it or return it” guarantee offers the ability to return a mattress that doesn’t suit you for a full refund, or you can perform a one-time exchange and swap to an alternative model. From the time you place your order, there is a 4 week average lead time until delivery for most of our mattress models. This is because all of our mattresses, bases and headboards are handmade to order especially for you! You can visit our delivery page for more information.
No. At present, we don’t ship or deliver worldwide. However, we can deliver your purchase to any UK port that you choose, allowing you to arrange onward delivery from there. If you take advantage of this, please do note that exercising our 60-day “love it or return it” guarantee would require you to return your purchase to us at your own cost.

Our team will be able to guide you to the right product for you and your budget. We grade the products in our warehouse and the grading is decided based on the condition of the product upon return. All mattresses are Grade B or C. At this stage we cannot give you the history of each product or the very specifics of where any marks may be located so if this is important for you to know then a clearance bed may not be for you and you can choose your mattress in the normal way. We do however guarantee that the condition will be no worse than described below and in most cases is actually better!
