Need a KS mattress to replace uncomfortable Vi Spring mattress?
We ordered a new bed last year, king size. The sales assistant made a mistake and ordered 5\’ 6\’\’. So they paid the difference since it was their mistake. However the problem we have now is – we find it very uncomfortable, despite it being a \’Vi Spring\’. We wake up full of aches and pains after a night of broken sleep. I will be 60 next week and can honestly say I\’ve never slept in a more uncomfortable bed. It\’s quite depressing since we thought we\’d investeded in an \’excellent\’ bed. We\’ve worked since we left school (a very long time ago) and just want a comfortable sleep! So could you please tell me how much it would cost us to replace the mattress with another 5\’6\’\’ X 6\’6\’\’ Thanks, Wendy Horn.

Thank you for your enquiry. As the mattress size you require is not a standard size we would have to make this as a bespoke size item. This would carry an additional cost of 10% of a king size. Please also be aware that as a bespoke item, it would not be covered under our ‘60 day love it or return it‘ guarantee.
In order to advise further, we would need to know which Vi-Spring model you currently have and your body weights to check that you have the right spring tension to give you the correct level of support. As comfort is subjective to each individual, to advise which of our models would be most suitable for you we would need to know your comfort preferences and sleeping habits.
