Bedstead doesn't fit any of the modern mattresses

Hello, I have just cocme across your wonderfully informative and honest website - thank you!
My problem is that I want to replace the old mattress on our wooden bedstead (solid slats), but the size of the bedstead doesn't fit any of the modern mattresses: it is 188 cm long (6'4" or 76") and 150 cm wide (4'9" or 59"). Could you make a mattress to fit, or maybe recommend someone who does?

Thank you for your enquiry via our website. We can manufacture a mattress to the size you require, but this can only be done in our Artisan range and also, because it is a bespoke size, it will not be covered by our '60 day love it or return it' guarantee. There would be an additional charge of 10% per 6-inch increment on each axis.
Before proceeding you will need to make sure that your measurements are correct as 188cm is 6ft 2 inches or 74 inches and 59 inches is 4ft 11 inches not 4ft 9 inches. We will need to know your body weights, preferred feel and budget before recommending a specific mattress from the Artisan range and you can provide this information when you call the office on 0161 437 4419 to confirm the measurements etc.
