Comparing Vi-Spring to your beds please as want to buy quality
I love the feel of regal v spring and note your helpful guidance – – do u recommend I try V tiara to gauge the relativity of your equivalent 002 . As I would like to buy the best within a realistic budget. Just for assurance why does V spring offer lifetime guarantee and yourselves 10 years- is the steel quality the issue – is the price difference all down to marketing etc? How many turns do your springs have in the 004 and 002 please?If I have 002 or 004 would a latex topper spoil the effect? Would I need a mattress cover on top of the topper ?I currently have latex dunlapillow and my hips and back ache

Our Artisan Bespoke 004 is similar in feel only to the Vi-Spring Regal Superb and we would recommend trying this before selecting the Bespoke 004.
Similarly, the Artisan Bespoke 002 is similar in feel to the Vi-Spring Tiara and again we would advise trying that before deciding upon the 002. Notwithstanding the advice to try both the Vi-Spring products, we would always advocate calling our office to discuss your requirements in detail and provide your body weight(s), preferred feel and budget.
Just because the Artisan Bespoke 002 is our most expensive mattress it does not mean it is the right one for you and this is why we like to discuss the requirements and details referred to prior to advising on the right product for someone.
As far as guarantees are concerned, whilst as you say Vi-Spring offer a lifetime guarantee, the small print may provide a number of exclusions, meaning that you may not be able to claim under that guarantee.
In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty on all our products, we offer a 60 day love it or return it guarantee. We take great care when advising upon the correct mattress for someone and have a success rate of 96%, which is why we are confident to offer this guarantee.
Pricing is affected by marketing, but in terms of quality, our beds are equal. The other thing to bear in mind in respect of pricing is that we are internet based only and do not have any retail outlets, meaning that our overheads are lower, hence the difference in price.
Our Artisan models all have six turn in the springs with different gauges being used for soft, medium and firm tensions.
As far as a topper is concerned, we would always advocate waiting for at least 28 days before deciding upon whether a topper is necessary, as if you buy at the same time, it may turn out to be an unnecessary expense. In addition, we would advise that if you have a naturally upholstered mattress, you should opt for a natural fibre topper.
