Thank you for your enquiry via our website.  The size you require 170 cm x 200 cm is not a standard size.  We would be able to make this size as a bespoke sized item in our Artisan range.  There is an additional charge of 10% on the price of the King Size of the model you require and as a bespoke item it would not be covered under the ’60 day love it or return it’ guarantee.

The ‘firm’ that you refer to, is that the spring tension or the upholstery layers.  Spring tension is based solely on an individuals body weight to give them the correct level of support and the firm spring tension is only recommended for people whose body weight is above 16 stone (100 kg).

If you would like a firmer feeling mattress you need something that is firm in the upholstery layers.  The firmest in the comfort layers in our Artisan range is the Artisan Bespoke. This is a 100% natural fibre mattress and has completely tailored calico pocket springs for your body weight.
