Silent Night Limited Edition Geltex mattress

Thank you for your enquiry. I am sorry to hear that you are suffering with your mattress. As Geltex is part of the memory foam family this may be why you are overheating in the night. memory foam utilises body heat to be able to mould to your body and is very heat retentive. 
 
Without knowing the construction of the pillowtop of your mattress it is difficult to say why you are experiencing these problems.  It may be that you have had an allergic reaction to one of the components within the mattress. I would recommend visiting your GP regarding this.
 
I would recommend contacting the shop and Silent Night again after your visit to your GP. There are also organisations that you can contact such as FIRA and the Funiture Ombudsman, please let us know how you get on.
