what is your best bed for me
looking at the hypnos orthos elite cashmere mattress or the hypnos luxury no turn suberb latex mattress which do you think is best for me and what can you offer?
I am 5 foot 10 and 14 .5 stone mt wife is 5foot 3 ane 11 stone we are both side sleepers.

Is there any particular reason you are looking at orthopaedic mattresses? The reason I ask is that we would not recommend anything too firm in the upholstery for side sleepers as this can cause pressure pains in the shoulders, hips and knees. As Latex is more durable and responsive than any other foam and is not heat retentive like memory foam it is the best option if you would prefer a one-sided mattress. With a two-sided mattress, you are able to prolong the lifespan of a mattress with the proper care and maintenance.
Both the mattresses you have mentioned contain natural fibres but I can not find any detailed specification of which natural fibres and how much are actually used. Without knowing these details it is impossible to make any kind of comparison. None of our Artisan range contains latex so we would not be able to provide a comparison in that regards. The only pocket sprung mattress with latex is our Origins Pocket Latex 1500 from our synthetic fibre range and this would feel medium to firm for yourself and firm to medium for your wife.
